PAYMENT
We currently only accept any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit card payments via Paypal.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-10 days of purchase, depending on if the item is in stock or needs to be made. (If it will take longer, we will email you in advance.) Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Domestic items are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and take about 2-3 days for delivery.
International items are shipped via USPS AIR MAIL INTERNATIONAL and take about 10 days to 3 weeks for delivery. Tracking numbers and/or insurance are NOT included. If you would like any of these services, you must upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International and email us for rates.
******Duty/Import taxes/Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.******
Express shipping is available upon request. This includes insurance, a tracking number, and delivery from 1-5 days (Domestic and International). The cost is more, so please email us for more info.
***We do not refund for lost packages (if you would like insurance, please email us).
LOCAL PICK UP
Customers living in the NYC area can schedule to pick up their package. Please email us if you are interested in scheduling a pick-up.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because most of our items are made-to-order, they are non-refundable. We do accept exchanges for a different item in our store and/or STORE CREDIT. We just ask that you please read descriptions, measure carefully, and buy with certainty. If you have ANY questions, please feel free to email/ us BEFORE you purchase. We don't bite, trust me!
